Gorilla Support Program offers proactive, personalized services combining fast response times with storage, technical and domain (broadcasting) expertise, to quickly address issues and deliver Gorilla MAM and Archive Solution knowledge at every service level. The Gorilla Support Program presents a range of technical support offerings to help enterprises (TV stations, Content Media producer) maximize their Content production investments and protection worldwide.
Gorilla offers three support programs (Gold, Silver, and Bronze) that include Gorilla support along with periodic fixes and enhancements to our products. These programs are offered from one to three years' subscription basis. You can purchase a level of service that gives you the rights to receive major, minor and maintenance releases.
The privileges and services available to you as a Gorilla's customer and the response time you can expect from the Gorilla Technical Support organization depend on the type of license you have, the products you have purchased from us, and the support offering under which you are covered.
